Whether you're scheduling a full-service seasonal setup or purchasing products from our shop, our policy ensures clarity and convenience at every step.
1. Shipping Zones
We currently provide delivery and setup services within select areas of Illinois and surrounding regions. Product shipping is planned to launch soon—availability will be clearly noted on each product page when enabled.
Service Areas for Décor Setups Include:
Evergreen Park, Chicago, and nearby suburbs

2. Delivery for Décor Packages (Rentals & Setups)
Our seasonal packages—Simply Fabulous, Signature Fabulous, and Stunningly Fabulous—include full-service delivery, on-site setup, and takedown.
Scheduling: You’ll be contacted after booking to finalize your preferred date and time.
Lead Time: Please allow 7–10 days for scheduling, especially during peak seasons (e.g., holidays).
Custom Requests: Require at least 2 weeks’ notice.
Note: Availability is limited—early booking is strongly recommended.
