At Frontdoor Fabulous, your satisfaction is our priority. Whether you're renting a seasonal setup or purchasing decor from our store, we strive to deliver a fabulous experience every time. Please review our policy below to understand how refunds and returns work.


1. General Policy Overview

Due to the custom and seasonal nature of our services and products, refunds and returns are handled with care and fairness. This policy applies to both physical products and service-based bookings.


2. Custom Decor Services & Rental Packages

These include full-service seasonal setups, rentals, and installations.

  • Cancellations (Before Setup):
    You may cancel up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery/setup for a 50% refund of your deposit or paid amount.

  • Last-Minute Cancellations (<72 hours):
    Unfortunately, cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled setup are non-refundable due to design prep and logistics.

  • No Returns:
    Custom services and rentals are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered or installed.


3. Product Purchases (eCommerce Orders)

This applies to items like wreaths, doormats, or decor purchased through our online store.

  • Return Eligibility:
    You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized or personalized products

    • Seasonal items past the holiday period

    • Items on clearance or sale

  • Return Process:
    Please contact us at info@frontdoorfabulous.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

  • Shipping Costs:
    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos and a clear explanation.

  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.


5. Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.
