What are the delivery charges for orders from the online store?

How long will delivery take?

Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days. However, custom seasonal setups may require additional time based on design complexity and availability. We’ll always keep you informed every step of the way!

What happens after I place my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed email summary. Our design and logistics teams then swing into action—prepping your decor, scheduling delivery, and ensuring everything is ready to wow your doorstep.

Where can I view my order receipt?

You'll receive a digital receipt via email after purchase. You can also access your order history anytime by logging into your Frontdoor Fabulous account.

Can I add a gift note or gift receipt?

Absolutely! During checkout, you’ll have the option to include a personalized note. If you're gifting a fabulous doorstep setup, let us know—we’ll ensure your surprise arrives in style.

How long do I have to return an item?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. However, since many of our setups are seasonal or custom-made, please review our Returns Policy for full details.


PAYMENT INFORMATION

How is the recipient reimbursed?

Refunds are issued via the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

Can I be refunded using my original payment method?

Yes, refunds will always be processed through your original form of payment unless otherwise arranged.

Can I ship to a different country than the billing address?

At this time, we only deliver within the United States. However, feel free to place an order from anywhere for delivery within our service regions!

How do I return an item?

Will I receive the exact product shown on the website?

Yes—with a fabulous twist! Every order is handcrafted, so while slight variations may occur, you can expect a design that matches the spirit and beauty of what you see online.

Will you restock items marked as "Out of Stock"?
